Job Summary

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop strong market knowledge of existing & potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to companys strategic plans
  • To generate appointments & leads via cold calls, walk-in, and web listing for overseas Manpower requisitions of White & Blue collar employees in European geography
  • To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue
  • To negotiate with the clients regarding business processes, proposals, confidentiality agreement and master service agreement and arrange for execution from the client
  • To manage sales & business development activities and increase profitability
  • To analyse sales report and find ways for cost optimization and improve financial performance
  • To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities
  • To contribute in the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures
  • To carry out extensive market research to filter potential clients by analysing meticulously before an in-person meeting
  • To schedule meetings with Human Resource Managers & HR Directors of leading companies and gave a brief synopsis of the services offered
  • To prepare tailored contracts for clients depending on the personnel categories to be recruited from overseas
  • To perform post sales, follow up with the client for clearance of outstanding invoices and likewise updated finance department located at headquarters on weekly basis
  • To assist in resolving critical issues relating to sales, interfacing with the clients & escalating important matter to higher management
  • To follow up with the prospective and untapped clients on regular basis
  • To frequently meet local government bodies and embassy officials to understand current implemented policies and updating the same to the clients and headquarter
  • To constantly coordinate with the teams of different sourcing countries for the smooth flow of recruitment activities

SKILLS

  • Leadership Skills BDM should be able to manage an Organization by successfully coordinating staff, resources, and implementing policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position
  • Time Management BDM works on various tasks at once and need to be self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met
  • Problem-Solving Skills As issues arise within an Organization, BDM should be able to identify them and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the business
  • Decision-Making Abilities A key part of being a successful BDM is the ability to make decisions that benefit the organization and work towards goals, strategies, and policies. They make decisions on a regular basis and choose the best course of action
  • Communication Skills As someone implementing policies and business strategies, BDM should be able to communicate with staff, stakeholders, and clients effectively. This may be in the form of giving instructions, explaining plans, or negotiating with external companies
