Qualification : Any Graduation

Years of Experience : 2 - 6 Years

Salary Range : 3 - 4 LPA

Location : Chennai


Job Requirements :

  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills
  • Excellent Business Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) and Proficiency in English Language
  • Good working knowledge of Chemistry Concepts
  • Should be able to understand the Customer requirements with good commercial skills
  • Should have the basic understanding of the chemicals application and material safety data sheet of chemicals used
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Assist in developing sales strategy in consultation with CRM / MD.
  • Develops prospective customer s pipeline.
  • Demo at customer place on products
  • Regular customer interactions and on time proposal follow-ups of the assigned customers.
  • Forecasts and develops monthly / annual sales targets and maximizing market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market awareness in dynamic environment.
  • Identify and converts emerging trends and business opportunities into revenue or sales prospects.
  • Maintains sales volume, product / service mix, and selling price with conversant supply & demand, changing trends, profitable indicators.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from credit sales to the clients.
  • Should possess pleasant and positive personality; be self-motivated, flexible and willing to undertake responsibilities with can do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure & challenging environment.
  • Previous work experience in selling Chemical products would be an added advantage.
  • Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers
  • Establish, maintain and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high Customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Effectively assess customer needs, present products and solutions, and close sales
  • Coordinating with supply chain, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successful
  • Visit to the industries promote our product & persuade them to buy.
  • Responsible to improve the business and maintain long term relationship with the existing customers
  • Communicate with the customers, generate leads and convert those leads to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with logistic department for timely dispatches
  • Timely Payment follow-up with customers
