Roles & responsibilities

• Gathering Client requirements over calls & in-person meetings
• Documenting the requirements in a structured format.
• Prepare visual diagrams & wire-frames for ease of understanding.
• Offer advice / suggestions to customers from technical and functional aspects.
• Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology (Added Advantage)
• Experience of Ecommerce Industry.
• Familiar with Magento, ERP System (Added Advantage)
• Prepare standard collateral for case studies, application manuals, demonstration scripts.
• Results oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
• Need to be from an IT background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Helping Sales team for Pre-sales Call
• Good expertise over UML, Flow Charts, Process flow diagrams, wire-framing tools, office tools (Word / Excel / Power-point)
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering.
