Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a key role in delivering scalable and effective CRM solutions tailored to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading technical teams and guiding them to deliver high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

• Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Design Technical Specifications: Create solution architecture, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business objectives.

• Develop and Customize Solutions: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, including plug-ins, custom workflows, and components using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Lead Technical Teams: Lead project teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions within timelines and budgets.

• Provide Guidance: Ensure best practices are followed by guiding team members on coding standards and solution management.

• Document and Prepare Specifications: Conduct requirement gap analysis and create functional and technical documentation.

• Customizations & Integrations: Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports (SSRS). Develop integrations with systems like Salesforce and Azure.

• Data Migration & Version Upgrades: Oversee migration projects from legacy systems (CRM 4.0, 2011, 2016) to Dynamics 365 online or on-premises while ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients to ensure solutions meet business objectives and provide tailored CRM solutions.

• Training & Support: Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of the CRM solution.

• Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on new Dynamics 365 features and Power Platform technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

• Troubleshoot Issues: Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to CRM systems.

Skills Required:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.

• Expertise in Dynamics CRM: Strong proficiency in Dynamics CRM versions 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and D365 (on-premise and online).

• Power Platform: In-depth knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals).

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Integration Skills: Knowledge of integration tools and techniques with platforms like Azure Logic Apps and Salesforce.

• Customization: Proficiency in developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom business logic in Dynamics CRM.

• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, estimations, and technical documentation.

• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) and MB2-703 (CRM Customization and Configuration) are a plus.
