Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
  • Utilize standard development tools and best practices to write clean, secure, modular, and test-driven code.
  • Write unit tests and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients as needed, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel development.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and Laravel architecture (factories, facades, abstract classes, interfaces, traits).
  • Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficient with Git version control system.
  • Strong understanding of MVC pattern, RESTful API design, and development.
  • Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques with MySQL or PostgreSQL (MongoDB is a plus).
  • Experience in unit testing using frameworks like PHPUnit.
  • Familiarity with web development best practices including code optimization, caching, and security.
  • Comfortable working with various data formats such as JSON, XML, YAML, and CSV.
  • Experience integrating payment gateways is an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a critical mindset.
