Roles & Responsibilities:

As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications using the PHP Laravel framework. You will work closely with other developers to ensure high-quality, modular, and scalable applications.

• Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel, following best practices and coding standards.

• Clean & Secure Code: Write clean, secure, and test-driven code that is easy to maintain and scalable.

• Database Design & Maintenance: Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal query performance and efficient database management.

• Code Testing & Documentation: Write tests for applications and create technical documentation to ensure ease of future development and maintenance.

• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug issues in the applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.

• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Client Communication: Communicate with clients (verbally and in writing) as needed, ensuring requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

• Collaboration: Work with the team on version control, application updates, and enhancements.

Skills Required:

• PHP + Laravel Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in PHP and the Laravel framework, including advanced features like factories, facades, libraries, abstract classes, interfaces, and traits.

• Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for seamless integration with back-end functionality.

• Version Control: Experience with Git version control systems for code management.

• OOP & Design Patterns: Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), security, refactoring, and design patterns in PHP.

• MVC Architecture: Deep knowledge of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, especially with Laravel.

• Unit Testing: Experience in writing and executing unit tests using testing frameworks to ensure application stability.

• Database Management: Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL, with solid skills in database design, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

• RESTful API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs for communication between different parts of the system.

• Web Development Best Practices: A solid understanding of web development best practices such as code optimization, caching, and security.

• Data Formats: Familiarity with various data formats like XML, JSON, YAML, and CSV for data interchange.

• Payment Gateway Integration: Hands-on experience with integrating payment gateways into web applications.
