Role Overview:
We re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang, PHP, and Node.js. You will lead the backend development of scalable systems, architect microservices, and work hands-on with AWS infrastructure. This role demands strong technical leadership and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services primarily using Golang.
- Architect microservices-based systems following best practices and scalable design patterns.
- Develop and manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation templates.
- Take ownership of assigned features and deliver high-quality, production-ready code with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and project managers.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Golang, PHP, and Node.js in production environments.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and design patterns.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Solid experience working with AWS services and CloudFormation templates for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with API Gateway, Lambda, MySQL, and DynamoDB is a plus.
- Ability to take full lifecycle ownership from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
