Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues

Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to team

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform

Collaborate with peer organizations, quality assurance and end users to produce cutting-edge software solutions

Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed

Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently

Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to team

Develop new approaches to complex design problems

Articulate ideas into a tangible form

Qualifications:

15 to 20 years of overall work experience in Software development/maintenance

At least 7+ years of experience as Technical Architect, leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams of 10 or more members

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

Expert in one of the NOSQL database like MongoDB, Hive, Cassandra etc.

Expert on one of the SQL database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server etc.

Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON etc.

Professional software development experience in Java, Node.js, Express.js., Python

Experience with Git, Jenkins, build and deployment systems

Working knowledge of cloud technologies and hands on experience in one of the Cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
