What will resource be doing with us?
-Develop Agile transition/transformation framework
-Drive cross-team effort between transition, Agile transformation, and delivery
-Drive Account Transition & Governance
-Participate in sales cycle (RFP)
-Conceptualize new ideas for customer success
-Drive ideas towards implementation in accounts / transitions
-Transforming customer engagement from a traditional reactive to a proactive mindset
-Understand LTI and client objectives and align with the expectations
What are we looking for?
- Agile trained (not mandatory)
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Strong organization and presentation skills
-Strong customer advocacy views
-Proactivity with penchant for solution construction
-Multi-task and should be able to work under stringent deadlines
-Proficient with MS Office skills
-Should have experience in driving couple of large-scale transitions / transformations
