We re seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vadodara. If you're passionate about sales, have a knack for building relationships, and enjoy turning leads into opportunities, this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further engagement and closure.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets and quotas.
- Conduct effective online demos and presentations to potential customers.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our offerings.
- Maintain and expand your prospect database within an assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present product/service value and handle customer queries.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management, tracking, and client database maintenance.
- Strong lead generation capabilities using email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Solid negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and drive results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
