We re seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vadodara. If you're passionate about sales, have a knack for building relationships, and enjoy turning leads into opportunities, this role is for you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further engagement and closure.
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets and quotas.
  • Conduct effective online demos and presentations to potential customers.
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Maintain and expand your prospect database within an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present product/service value and handle customer queries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management, tracking, and client database maintenance.
  • Strong lead generation capabilities using email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and drive results.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
