Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel, PHP, and related technologies.
• Work across the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) to build efficient and scalable solutions.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
• Stay current with Laravel updates, coding best practices, and emerging web technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-performance development culture.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter.
• Solid understanding of MySQL, Ajax, JavaScript, JSON, and frontend libraries like jQuery, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Familiar with HTML, Linux environments, and version control tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, web security practices, and debugging techniques.
• Experience with tools like Composer, Artisan, and deployment automation is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other MVC frameworks such as Symfony, CakePHP, or CodeIgniter.
• Knowledge of Node.js for full-stack capabilities.
• A strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and general computer science fundamentals.
• Prior contributions to open-source projects or code samples from past work.
