Managing complete recruitment life cycle that includes screening suitable applicants through various channels and interacting with the hiring managers to facilitate the selection and on boarding of shortlisted candidates.

Constant follow up with the candidate until the verdict is on- board.

Ensures the joining of the selected candidatesCapacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
