Proven expertise in Project Planning and Execution using industry standard project management tools
Excellent team player with very good communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
Document technical specifications for custom development as and when needed
Expertise in handling projects using both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
Experience in project cost management and budgeting
Expertise in Stakeholder Management, with excellent negotiation skills
Should be a good team manager, having experience in mentoring team members
Detailed knowledge in preparing WBS to the granular level for effective tracking of the project is highly desirable
Should have good aptitude in arriving at team composition, Advanced Judgement and decision making.
Work with the Project team to understand and prioritize project deliveries based on the priorities set by the customer
