About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI. You will work closely with content creators, marketers, and developers to ensure all digital content is optimized for search visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and images for search engine visibility.
• Create and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify issues and recommend technical improvements.
• Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Manage SEO budgets, estimate monthly costs, and ensure campaigns stay on target.
• Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content such as blog posts, landing pages, and metadata.
• Submit and manage sitemaps, robots.txt files, and verify websites on Google Search Console and Analytics.
• Optimize for local SEO, including Google Business Profile setup and verification.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in on-page and technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to perform SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
