Senior Java Server Side Developer Job in Calsoft

Key Skills Required:

• Core Java Strong understanding of Java, Collections Framework, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Solid grasp of both basic and advanced Java concepts.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework (including Spring Boot) and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience in developing and consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strategic thinking and technical expertise to help the team achieve its goals.
• Take ownership of complex technical assignments, applying creativity and deep understanding to deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them improve their understanding of advanced concepts.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Develop plans for technical upskilling within the team and provide corrective guidance as necessary.
• Exercise independent judgment in developing methods and evaluating approaches to ensure successful delivery.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices development.
• Experience with AWS, Virtualization, or Networking will be a significant plus.
