Job Summary

Key responsibilities and tasks: Technical Support: you will effectively meet CAD/CAM technical support needs and communicate solutions to end-users via telephone, e-mail, and the Internet. Training: you will provide training courses for our customers: onsite and over the Internet. Applications Engineering: you will travel to customer manufacturing facilities to install our CAD/CAM software and run test programs on their machines to prove the software capabilities. Demonstrations: you will demonstrate technical sales support and competitive analysis (benchmarking). Requirements: Should be a Mechanical Engineer (Degree) from a recognized University/College with a minimum aggregate of 60% Should have at least 3 + years of experience in Application or Customer Service or in CAD/CAM domain Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. Basic Domain knowledge of Sheetmetal Industry Deep technical understanding of the manufacturing Machine Understanding should know the basics about cutting machines. CAD / CAM Software Knowledge Listening and ability to understand the stakeholder s needs and issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking in front of people and in web conferences Learning abilities, and adaptivity to a fast environment Ability to spread knowledge within the team. Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills.
