Customer Care Executives (Female)

CanApprove is expanding and is looking for Customer Care Executives (Female) in Thrissur.

Contact potential clients to inform them about a service using scripts.
Answer questions about services or the company
Ask questions to understand clients requirements and close leads.
Direct prospects to the inside sales team when needed
Enter and update client information in the database
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and note useful information

Other Criteria:
Female
UG/PG
Excellent spoken & written in English (Hindi added advantage)
Active, Smart & Energetic
Fresher/ Minimum 1 3 years of experience
