Qualification Graduation or Post graduation with specialisation of HR
Experience minimum 2 to 3 years of strong recruitment exp
Location: Coimbatore & Thrissur
Preferred: Male (Aged below 26 years)
Job Description:
* Design and update job description
* Develop and execute recruiting plans
* Source candidates from available online portal, channels or network
* Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
* Screen incoming resumes and application forms by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
* Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
* Performing reference and background checks
* Handle administrative duties and record keeping
* Conduct exit interviews
