Job Summary

Job Requirements

  • Developing local vendors and reducing the cost of procuing material
  • 3+ years experience in procuring material from national and international market
  • Expereincing in tender filling
  • Allocating alternative vendors and allocating appropriately
  • Supervising vendors and handle vendor enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills and Industrial background
  • Commerce graduate mandatory (Engineering background preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Job Roles

  • Vendor Co-ordination and Vendor Selection
  • Create purchase orders
  • Converses with vendors to obtain information (Price,Availability,Delivery)
  • Manages and Supervises multiple vendors
  • Maintain record of items purchased,costs,quality etc
  • Negotiates with vendors if good are faulty and takes neccsisity action
  • Co-ordinates activites in procuing goods for company
  • Communicates activel with HOD and managements
  • Co-operates with employees for a final outcome
  • Entering data and creating a purchase file system
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
