Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily business operations at our Chennai site. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills to ensure high operational efficiency, enhance employee experience, and support overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations ensuring seamless functioning.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain quality.
  • Track and report operational performance metrics regularly.
  • Maintain operational policy and procedure documentation.

Process Implementation & Improvement
  • Implement new processes and procedures effectively across departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and employee engagement.
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives.

Employee Relations & Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and leave tracking.

Brand & Site Marketing
  • Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to boost the company s visibility in Chennai.
  • Participate in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree (preferred in Business, HR, or related fields).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an Operations/Project Management role, preferably in an IT/ITES environment.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong project leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Sound knowledge in branch operations and business process optimization.
