Job Summary Job Description
  • To interpret invoices in FrenchLanguage and account them as per the documented procedure.
  • Handle daily email queries in Frenchand respond accurately in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in handling calls in Frenchand lead the monthly client/governance calls.
  • Support in providing weekly and monthly reports and ensure that they are performed accurately and on time.
  • Take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable and ensure enough support is provided to the team and the client.
  • Help and train team members on various aspects of communication and instructions on invoices and emails.
  • Work as a team player and ensure invoices received are processed on a timely manner.
Primary Skills
  • Read Write and Speak Frenchlanguage as the role involves handling invoices, mails and interact with the client
  • Experience in Accounts Payable process, Proficient in MS Excel.
Secondary Skills
  • Experience / Knowledge of Oracle ERP.
  • Worked in a team as the role involves guiding and supporting the team.
