Job Summary
  • Complete understanding and implementation of OPC-DA and OPC-UA and solutions, understanding of OPC Specifications, certification
  • Excellent knowledge of commonly used Industrial Protocols : CIP, Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, ProfiNet, Profibus-DP, CANOpen, EtherCAT, ModbusTCP, Modbus Serial
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation Safety Standards IEC 61508 and implementation in Communication Networks.
  • Knowledge of IoT and IIoT Concepts and Use cases, knowledge of IoT Protocols MQTT, CoAP, AMQP, Websockets
  • Design and Implementation of Protocol Stacks using C, C++, Java, Node JS
  • Has used web technologies in applications (Node.js, Angular JS)
  • Awareness / usage of Python, for test / prototyping, usage of network debugging tools, Wireshark
  • Network concepts : DHCP, BOOTP, SNMP, Router protocols, Managed Switch
  • Data structures & Algorithms, Multithreaded Applications
  • Has hands on experience in development of communication products.
