• In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture version 10 (or above)
• Experience with PostgreSQL technologies including Streaming Replication, High Availability, Backup and Recovery
• Monitoring Tools and Maintenance Utilities such as Vacuum and Reindex
• Expert level knowledge in at least one scripting language and a strong understanding of Unix
• Ability to communicate your vision to project stakeholders and upper management
• 6+ years of PostgreSQL DBA experience
• Other database experience such as MariaDB, Oracle, SQL Server, etc
• Experience with Linux admin, storage admin, network admin
• Information Systems Management or equivalent experience with PostgreSQL Database
• Willing to work in 24X7 support model
