• Support the integration of products in Silva ServiceNow ITSM instance of AXA o coordination with the product team to review the mapping between products and business services
• Update Silva accordingly creating relations between products and business services
• Support gap analysis between Silva and other tools
• Gap analysis on servers between Silva and Flexera
• Gap analysis on servers between Silva and Qualys Support SILVA data crunching requested by business users e g costing analysis on servers as is analysis on business applications Support the implementation of Silva data quality KPIs e g business service cleanup through or out of the data certification feature of Silva
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module and data model Knowledge on ServiceNow querying and reporting against the CMDB Knowledge of the ServiceNow data certification tool
