Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTIONThe primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Capillary ssolutions through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territoryor vertical.As a Business Development Consultant you will act as the first contact for many prospects forCapillary s India team. Ability to hunt for new business using all channels to market and a goodknowledge of Capillary s products and services (training provided) will be preferred. We arelooking to hire goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. World class Cloud technology exposure from a leader in B2B SaaS products Opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest growing technology companies Multicultural team covering SEA, China, Middle East, India and the US Accelerated career progression (regional leadership, field sales, marketing or consulting)Qualifications:- Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of professional sales / inside sales experienceworking for a technology company.- Graduate (preferred if the candidate also has a Post-Graduate degree)Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed assigned Lead Generation targets and objectives- High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospectiveclients and contacts- Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various sources (includingcompany website, CRM system, purchased lists, social media channels, events, othersources) contacted within the timeframe agreed- Nurturing mid to long term leads through regular touch points until they are ready forsales engagement- Update and meticulously maintain CRM database- Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using varioussources / channels)- Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis- Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels- Flexibility to respond to changing business conditionsEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills;- Comfortable making cold calls- Strong business acumen, discovery, and problem-solving skills- Excellent at multitasking and deftly managing the competing priorities of a robustworkload, and being well organized for superior territory management- Demonstrated track record of success as an inside sales rep partnering with a field team- Profiling and penetrating accounts to identify and capture the correct target contacts- Ability to harvest names from social media channels, various other sources, anddatabases (LinkedIn, Hoovers, etc.)- Ability to find qualified business opportunities and help in building a strong pipeline- Ability to plan the given monthly metrics- Ability to initiate and manage the engagements, and maintain hygiene in setting up themeeting logistics and conducting the same.- Ability to present the Capillary solutions to the prospects over the telephone.- Proficiency using a CRM system as well as MS Office suite.
