Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTIONLooking for a Technical Writer with 1-2 years experience to create and maintain product documentation for Capillary products. Documentation includes user manuals, configuration guides, online help, and walkthrough videos.DESIRED FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in creating user manuals, configuration guides, feature documents, admin guides, training videos for software products
  • Plan, write, edit and review large or complex documents including user manuals, configuration guides, admin guides, and technical documents
  • Master complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to the target audience
  • Self-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as the voice of end-users and keep figuring out the best ways to present the help content
  • Ability to effectively interview subject matter experts
  • Help and review content for user interface and provide user inductive text, contextual help and tooltips if necessary
  • Experience working on API documentation would be an added advantage
