Job Summary Job Description: As an associate consultant he/she will be responsible for managing talent acquisition(Recruitment) activities for one or more of our clients. Some of the key activities are: Understanding Client requirements, Client selection process and identifying profiles of potential candidates who can fit the requirement Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile Searching the candidates through internal database, Job boards and through your own networking Understanding candidate's resume, career plans and evaluating role fitment. Counseling candidates on how they should plan their career moves. Positioning relevant candidates to clients Follow-up till the requested position is closed. Managing client & candidate relationships Adherence to Careernet's Service Excellence framework, comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee development initiatives.
Eligibility criteria: Students from MBA or PGDM. Specialization in Marketing, Sales, IB, HR, IT & Systems.
Skills Required: An extroverted personality who enjoys being and talking with people. High energy level and a positive approach. Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Salary Package: 3 lakhs per annum (Cost to company)
