Global Business Services (GBS) is ABB€™s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers. With employees based in five main hubs and front offices, GBS provides mainly Business services to ABB teams across the globe as well as supports with external customer inquiries. This is a Fusion Test Management SME - Asia-Pacific role, reporting to the Time zone Test Lead in the Global Business Services which is in Bangalore, India. This resource, along with the Time zone Test Lead (to whom they provide bandwidth and support) will give timely support to a set of countries in their specific time zones.

Your responsibilities

• Working on Test Planning activities - approaching, planning, scheduling, tracking, controlling, liaising to LoCs, CLs and defect manager and resolvers.
• Working on Test Specification Activities - test scenarios collation and load readiness, input to E2E, tracking, Tenant & environment readiness
• Managing Test Execution Activities - execution readiness, tenant & environment readiness for countries in their time-zone.
• Participating in directly supporting execution activities, test allocation, tracking and issue resolution and monitoring and chasing updates for test tool updates from countries for test progress and defect creation/progress/closure.
• Supporting Time zone Test Lead and Global Tool Owner with tool reporting setup, running, maintenance.
• Being responsive to Time zone Test Lead and Global Tool Owners for all standard and ad hoc updates/data cleansing/compliance.
• Supporting Triage calls with appropriate representation from Global, Time zone and Vendor teams if appropriate.
• Chasing resolution of high criticality/impact tickets for all test activities in supported phases (CUT/E2E/Payroll/UAT).

Your background

• Minimum 3 years test analyst experience in complex global HR integration projects, payroll integration testing experience and 2 years of experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HRMS.
• Experienced supporting multiple regions/countries through testing various phases.
• Experienced in test tool management and reporting/metrics.
• Experience in generating/collating/managing test scenarios against a baseline.
• Experience running traceability of scenarios to baseline requirements.
