Responsibilities:

• Rig characters and objects for animation, ensuring proper deformation and functionality.

  Create high-quality character animations, object animations, and environmental animations for our games or interactive experiences.

• Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and breathe life into characters and game elements.

• Animate characters with realistic and fluid movements, capturing their personalities and conveying emotions effectively.

• Implement animations into the game engine, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and optimization.

• Collaborate with artists and designers to create and integrate animation assets, such as models, textures, and rigs.

• Iterate on animations based on feedback and playtesting, striving for excellence in both technical execution and artistic appeal.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in animation techniques, tools, and technologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Zoho, and similar platforms is required for candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proficiency in animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and anticipation.

• Solid experience in character animation, object animation, and environmental animation.

• Knowledge of rigging techniques and the ability to create animation-friendly rigs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and take direction from the creative leads.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for fluid and realistic motion.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate on animations based on feedback.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey emotions and tell stories through animations.
