Job Openings: 2 Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and its documentation needs.

  • Produce clear, high-quality documentation that meets internal and external standards.

  • Write concise user interface text, online help, and developer guides.

  • Create tutorials and guides for end-users across various applications and use case scenarios.

  • Evaluate and optimize existing content, focusing on reuse and opportunities for single-sourcing.

  • Manage, update, and maintain technical documentation across the organization.

  • Work with product and marketing teams to adapt technical documentation for presentations and promotional use.

  • Provide mentorship and training to other technical writers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey them in a simple, understandable way, using text and visuals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-5 years of experience in technical writing.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Agile methodology, and Camtasia.

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Confluence is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SDLC, Snagit, RoboHelp is a plus.
