We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
  • keep abreast with the stock reports , inventory , product order reorder etc.
  • Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
On job training-4 months where salary shall be 30000/- with monthly business target achievement.
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales And And Marketing skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Odisha

Required - Good command over English,Hindi,Odia
