Job Summary

We are looking for a digital marketing professional, who will carry out day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which will include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across the business. Creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals would be a key part of this role.

Roles and responsibilities of this role would include the below:

  • Lead and perform responsibilities associated with the implementation of our paid marketing strategies for Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Youtube, and other search and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute new and innovative strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition and re-marketing campaigns.
  • Be responsible for development, management and optimization of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page sources reports.
  • Execute strategies for keyword research and bidding, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search.
  • Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative team on ideal assets.
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

Ideal candidate should have the below experience/qualities:

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.
  • Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to analyse performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently.
  • Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.
  • Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.
  • Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
  • Strong academic credentials: M.B.A / B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. - Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background preferred.
  • 2- 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills - MUST be able to write effective ad copies.
  • Experience in Online Marketing for e-commerce portals would be an added advantage.
  • Some experience in Data Science or coding would be a big bonus as a marketer.
