Job Summary
  • Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen resumes & job applications, and perform phone screenings
  • Design & manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, & best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, aand closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Flexible Working Hours. Need to work 2 hours in the US time in morning/evening
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
