JOB PURPOSE:

This job requires you to survey Enterprise CRM and break down business procedures, administrations and data need with the end goal of actualizing change management activities to improve the client experience and increment efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

3+ years of direct working experience with Business resource on requirement collection and converting business requirements to user stories

-5+ years of working experience in Salesforce

-Well versed in Salesforce concepts (Apex, Trigger, Workflows, Validations, Security, Approval Process, Visual Force pages, Reports & Dashboards, Data loading)

-Well versed in Salesforce Lightning Migration

-Preferred Working experience on using Azure DevOps for Epic, Feature & User story preparation

-Preferred Certification in Salesforce Admin (201) & Sales Cloud Consultant

Work towards designing and creating the necessary training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users who are using the functionalities of Salesforce technology.

Create visual charts and procedural streamgraphs to inspire a better framework of understanding.

Outline the organizations hierarchy and create profiles, assign roles and access accordingly in Salesforce; work on the visibility and security settings as are required by the various businesses.

Design different custom dashboards as per the user need for different user groups based on their businesss functionalities and requirements.
