The objective of thisjob position is to provide intelligent, reliable, cost effective Electrical andElectronics components and systems for BCP. Working as part of the Electrical Engineeringsystem team, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible fordelivering electrical engineering solutions and support to new productdevelopment as well as current production for all BCP products.

JobDuties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Theprimary responsibility for this position will be to work closely with globaltech leads and other development team by developing and maintaining machineelectrical systems by placing components, routing harnesses and developing /maintaining electrical schematics.

Thesuccessful candidate will contribute to every stage of the new productintroduction process including; requirements capture, specifications, FMEAs,design, development testing and validation. The secondary responsibility forthe candidate is expected to contribute to current production by supportingmanufacturing by providing design solutions to issue resolution.

Aspart of the role, the candidate will be interfacing with both product and systemstech leads, internal and external suppliers as well as the other departmentswithin BCP.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Candidatesare required to have an accredited engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics,Demonstrated experience in the automotive, construction, agricultural,aerospace/aviation or similar mobile equipment industry is extremely desired.

Therole requires a self-starter with strong technical skills and a desire todevelop leadership skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicatetechnical information effectively and professionally with team members andothers in the work group, as well employees in other business units, customersand suppliers.

Directexperience of designing, developing, troubleshooting and introducing electricaland electronics components and systems in mobile applications isessential. This would include experienceusing Creo, specifically for cabling /harnessing.

Experiencewith schematic development, maintenance and the CAT data systems for datamanagement and releasing (EDS, Teamcenter) is also highly desirable.

Desired Qualifications:

Hands-on practical technical experience and a goodappreciation of associated vehicle sub-systems such as hydraulics, engines andtransmissions are preferred.

AccreditedBachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Embedded technology.
