As an Engineer, you willhave the opportunity to design hydraulic lines for Building ConstructionProducts. In this position, you will build your technical expertise whilelearning product development through practical application and staying abreastof innovative technology. You will also build your professional network, engagewith peers and receive guidance from mentors in the field.

Job Duties /Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

In this role, you willdeepen your knowledge base of Caterpillars products, technologies, processes,services and systems, which you will use to:

Performhose / tube design, coupling selection, bracket design (creating complex designin Creo);

Understandand apply knowledge of hydraulic schematic diagram of machines;

Createmedium / complex Hose and tube lines routing in order to accommodate machinelayout;

Activelysupport a prototype, pilot, or production build and on-machine hydraulic linestest;

Evaluatenew products, processes, or systems;

Performproduct and process maintenance;

Communicateresults to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units;

Applyknowledge of GD&T in engineering drawings & manufacturing processes;

Dailycollaboration with global engineers on prioritizing, planning and executing ofprojects;

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or AutomobileEngineering

RelevantWork Experience: 2 7 Years

Stronganalytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Emphasison initiative and self-starting tasks

Strongknowledgein hose routing and tube assembly, material properties, and fitting selectionof the hose / tube

OtherQualifications:

Incumbentshould possess working knowledge on Creo

Knowledgein SDP fluid lines

Requiresadequate knowledge on general engineering practices and Teamcenter engineeringenterprise.
