Job description Summary:
Analysis and identification of the Microsoft tech stack for any project.
Adoption of best practices in different Microsoft technologies and enforcing across project teams.
Design solution architecture artefacts and policies to improve efficiency of the solution architecture.
Perform detailed design of application and technical architecture components leveraging the Best Practices.
Identify technical risks and guide teams accordingly.
Evolving Solutions for integrations and extending existing solutions.
Assess future technologies and collaborate with the technical teams.
Mentor and build competent team on the products technology for current and future.
Ensure new solutions are properly designed and transitioned
Skill Set:
Well verse in Solution architecting using various Microsoft technologies
Expertise in implementing Microsoft stack solutions including Azure Services, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10, Configuration/Endpoint Manager, Power Platform, SQL Server, Teams, Framework ( .NET 4.x and .NET Core) , AI/ML and Azure DevOps.
Expertise in integration of related Microsoft technologies with business and computer systems.
Expertise in understanding, designing, implementing, and applying technologies to deliver project technical needs.
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team both as a leader and as a team member.
Must have excellent documentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills and customer focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion and drive for technology as a service and business enabler.
Experience:
At least 8 years hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Technologies.
Qualification:
MCA/ BE /B.Tech
