Netsuite Admin Job in Celigo

Who are we looking for?

• 2-4 years of professional analytical and problem solving experience working in systems administration, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite required
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, in an environment where priorities frequently shift
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite; its features and functions.
• Advanced use of saved searches (Summary reports, SQL functions, etc)
• Advanced use of customizations such as workflows.
• Experience in using SuiteScript customizations (UserEvent, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, etc).
• Determination to get to the root of bugs, errors, and systems issues with minimal hand-holding.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation and business intelligence skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-management processes including licensing.
• Experience with integrations to NetSuite.
• Eager to learn new technologies and solve problems.

What would you do, if hired?

• Be technical and administrative support of Celigo s internal NetSuite business processes and operations. Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance,
• Support and maintain process automation through various customizations, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements.
• Troubleshooting production issues within the system, debugging issues relating to integrations, workflows, suitescripting etc.
• Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPI's, as required
• Administrate and support financial reporting, tax setup, ONE World implementation.
• Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and audits to ensure data integrity and system effectiveness
• Document automations with specific business and technical details.
• Serves as expert level application support for NetSuite
