Job Summary

Scope of Role -

The Salesforce Technical Analyst is primarily responsible for set up and configuration including, but not limited to custom objects, fields, formulas, workflow rules, process builder rules, page layouts, validation rules, and Salesforce best practices. The Salesforce Technical Analyst will manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working in both an individual and a team capacity, analyse SF instances, enhance performance, track releases and update.



Key Responsibilities -

  • Creation of User Profiles and Access Control Admin is responsible for the creation of user accounts for employees and assigning them the right access. Also removal of credentials as and when employees leave
  • Page Management Create new page layouts, update existing page layouts, Assigning appropriate page layouts based on user profile and control field visibility and accessibility via page layouts and lightning record pages.
  • Installation of Updates from Salesforce.com Install all high-priority updates from Salesforce, testing the same in the sandbox, and implement necessary changes
  • Contact and Lead Management Manage the import and export of contact and lead information on a regular and ad-hoc basis based on business needs
  • Run Data Deduplication Perform data deduplication using the right tools to keep the databases clean and updated
  • Stay on Top of SFDC Errors and Debug Logs To maintain an error-free environment for the platform
  • Analyse SF instances, enhance performance (Storage), track of releases and update
  • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds. Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
  • Develop and test technology solutions geared towards the improvement of tasks as they are completed today within the organization
  • Validating and processing data import inquiries and ensuring sufficient data quality is maintained so that the data can effectively support the business process and reporting accuracy
  • Identifying, investigating, and managing the resolution and escalation of data quality issues and coordinating ongoing data quality audits and various data cleanup tasks and standardizing data
  • Dashboarding At Regular Intervals Prepare dashboards for adoption and data quality at regular intervals
  • Document Customizations in Salesforce Make appropriate customizations to the documents on the platform
  • Process Automation for Efficiency Leverage automation like approval processes, validation rules, etc. to enhance the efficiency of the platform



Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience as SF Admin
  • Salesforce certified Application Architect or Salesforce certified System Architect
  • Effective Project Management Skills
  • Superior Data Management and Administration Skills
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Expert in Salesforce to handle business needs
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
