You will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience, from conducting discovery user research through to designing micro-interactions for our product UIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research activities (with or without the support of a dedicated researcher), ensuring early validation of product ideas and concepts.
  • Champion good user experiences and share best practices, demonstrating curiosity about customer needs and behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, and other designers in an iterative design process.
  • Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility (WCAG), quality, beauty, and consistency using best design practices.
  • Engage in feedback sessions, ensuring alignment with larger product goals, and challenge peers productively.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring design decisions are rooted in user needs and behaviors.
  • Think big while considering the larger system, sweating the small details that enhance the product.
  • Be a team player with humility, hard work, and a willingness to help others succeed.
  • Informally mentor and provide feedback to other designers.
  • Contribute to shaping the design team s culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience designing delightful user experiences with a portfolio showcasing processes and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to clarify, present, justify, and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to and consuming component-based design systems.
  • Expertise in Figma/FigJam and other relevant UX design, research, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Significant experience in designing B2B applications or SaaS products, particularly in agile, iterative environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in responsive design patterns and design systems.
  • Strong focus on usability and efficiency, with a drive to simplify complex problems.
  • Strong information design skills with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, ego-free, cross-functional team environment.
  • Confidence in design leadership and effective communication across teams.
  • Excitement for solving real customer problems with smart, delightful solutions aligned with company goals.

  • Experience with motion design, HTML, CSS, JS, and other front-end technologies.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and machine learning can inform design decisions, enhance interactions, and personalize experiences.
