Job Summary

What You Will Be Doing

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring, administering, and developing on the Salesforce platform. You will:

  • Lead Salesforce Development & Improvement Projects:

    • Complete assigned development tasks and improvement projects in a timely and high-quality manner.
    • Take a leadership role in projects and ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions by working with teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Define Business Requirements & Provide Guidance:

    • Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to identify business priorities.
    • Advise on possible solutions and options to optimize business operations.
    • Guide Analysts in executing their responsibilities, ensuring effective execution and quality.
  • Manage Business & Technical Specifications:

    • Write and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
    • Create and maintain reporting and analytical functions necessary to support the solution s accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Monitor Testing & Issue Resolution:

    • Oversee the testing process, reviewing test plans, and ensuring that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
    • Lead the resolution of issues during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Engage with Stakeholders:

    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and resolutions.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 6+ years of directly related experience in client software solutions design or IT operations management.
  • Preferred Certifications:

    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
    • Lean Six Sigma
    • ITIL, ITSM Certifications
  • Behavioral Skills:

    • Strong decision-making, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
    • Effective in multitasking, planning, and prioritization.
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Expertise in application design, data security, and database management systems.
    • Familiarity with information security strategies, server technologies, and software design principles.
    • Strong technical documentation capabilities.
  • Tools Knowledge:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL.
    • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.

Qualification :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 6+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
Experience Required :

Minimum 6 Years
