Job Summary
  • To prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
  • To conduct Sales training as well as on the Job coaching on products, processes & sales
  • To ensure effective and high quality training delivery
  • To conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
  • Provide feedback to trainees as well as provide support & coach them as and when required
  • To attend zonal reviews and present reports
  • To ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes

Salary : INR 3.6 - 4 lac per annum
Qualification :
  • Candidate must be minimum a Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in Sales Training
  • Candidate must have hands on experience of Prepaid/Postpaid products.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Local language proficiency is must
