Job Summary
Salary : INR 4.2 - INR 4.5 LPA
Qualification : Candidate must be minimum a Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Prepaid/postpaid TrainingMust be a graduate
- Prepare Training Calendars/ PJP and get business sign-offs
- Conduct Product & Sales training as well as Audit sessions in the assigned zone
- Ensure the highest quality of Training is delivered
- Conduct new employee induction through NHIP program
- Conduct an in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
- Provide feedback to trainees, support & coach them and share their feedback with the line managers
- Attend zonal reviews and present reports
- Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes
