• Student Handling Skills, Trade Knowledge, Mentoring Skills, Guiding students on career and placements
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
• Should be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

This will include but not limited to:

• Conducting Domain Specific Training and mentoring students to take up career and job
• Ensuring no student gets dropped off from the course
• Ensuring 80% of students attendance at all the time
• 1st level documentation/MIS of batches to be submitted to Center Head
• Ensuring 80% Placements per batch
• Ensuring submission of PDCs as per the timelines
• Support in Mobilization/Batch Creation
