Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Work with individual department to help them create process documentation that complies with company s standards and other ISO , AS , IATF standards
  • Responsible for determining, documenting and maintaining QA systems, QA Manual, QSPs, work instruction, forms.
  • Ensure that the management system is effectively implemented.
  • Executes audit plans as per the schedule.
  • Performs audit follow-up activity to verify effectiveness actions and implementation of preventive actions.
  • Coordinator for customer , internal and external audits .
  • Follow up of audit NC's and closure.
  • Support in preparation for management reviews, internal audits and supplier audits and reports for the same.
  • Responsible for calibration activities as per set process / procedure.
  • Recall process follow up.
  • Identify and rectify root causes of quality system problems.
  • Quality Department KPI data collection and report preparation for Internal / management review .
  • 5S and Kaizen implementation
Who You Are?

Minimum of 4 years of experience in any manufacturing industry.

Should have hands on experience in QMS and ISO standards.
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
