JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience required for the role:

• Minimum 8-10 Years experience in Commercial and High Rise Building project is must.
• Bachelors in Civil engineering and Master in Construction Management from a reputed institution
• Minimum of 5 Years regular ""hands-on"" use of MS Projects Must have thorough knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices, calculation methods/software, standards and procedures.
• Must be experienced Microsoft Office Package (Words, Excel and PPT), with good written and spoken English skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to: prepare all levels of project schedules; monitor project progress; Earned Value measurement; Critical path analysis; and to ensure project milestones are met.
• Preparation of Project Schedule (in MS Project) covering entire scope and within the need timelines
• Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses
• Calculating Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement (of various trades) & Machinery
• Requirement Preparation of Integrated Master Schedule and monitoring the same
• Contract Administration throughout the project
• To prepare delay analysis showing the delaying events and consequences of delaying events on the project end date on the Base line program for EOT claim compensation
• Reviewing Contractual claims and analyzing the same for its impact and way forward strategy.
• Participating in project review meetings with clients/consultants for tracking project progress.
• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
