Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of hardware, server-client application.
- Good experience in computers, notebook, printers and scanners.
- Knowledge of basic LAN.
- Sufficient knowledge of desktop software. Should be able to install any new software on PCindependently.
- Capable of analyzing and diagnosing User Problems remotely.
- Ability to ask leading questions in order to discover as much as possible about users problem.
Skills Required
- Creative problem-solver capable of identifying and reproducing complex software defects.
- Strong in concepts of networking and IPCs. Exposure to socket programming.
- Passionate on automotive embedded.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking.
- Good Communication skills.
- Willing to learn, take ownership and quick to adapt.
