Responsible for the management and organization of the facility which includes managing of personnel and services under the direction of Cethar Health care policies and procedures. Ensure hospital objectives are met through the process of selection, development, organization, motivation, management, evaluation and the promotion of human resources. Maintain financial stability by promoting services produced in a cost-effective manner, procuring cost-efficient products and services for the hospital.
Experience
Relevant senior hospital management experience.
EducationMaster or Degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field.
