Integrated Demand & Supply Planning-solutioning And Delivery(senior Manager/director) Job in Chainalytics Inc

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide deep domain knowledge in the IDSP arena

Support identifying new business opportunities, and client acquisition

Develop services/solution approach and scope of work and create proposals in

response to client requirements/brief/RFI/RFP/RFQ.

Oversee and drive delivery of services and projects. Lead joint project teams

including other consultants, contractors, and client team members for

project/program delivery

Effectively manage client relationships and support existing client retention activities

for assigned accounts

Deliver thought leadership and market-facing content including blogs, public

speaking, etc that support Chainalytics overall brand and positioning

Keep a sense of the technology & tool evolutions and identify / manage alliance

partners

Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings,

including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable

Recruit, mentor and manage the IDSP delivery team in the region

Ability to quickly learn client operational issues and help solution into a set of

projects

Adept at leveraging networking skills to identify business opportunities

Outstanding business and technical writing, presentation development, organization,

and communications skills

Proven leadership capabilities to manager high performance teams

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and take initiative

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in pre-sales / solution lead capacity in consulting or supply chain

planning solutions companies

Experience building a delivery team / CoE around supply chain planning

Relationship working with sales teams of supply chain planning solutions companies

in APAC region

Minimum 10 years of experience with emphasis in demand planning, supply

planning, S&OP

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply

Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree preferred.

Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in

Supply Chain Management

Proven experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives with

supporting references

The ability to travel as required (20% to 40%)
