Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Chandigarh

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will lead initiatives to engage with potential partners to build new business and generate revenue for the company. This candidate should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Generate valuable leads from different portals such as Upwork, Freelance, Guru, LinkedIn, and via Mass Mails, Cold Calling.
  • Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish to deliver of customized business solutions.
  • Educate clients of all sizes on our value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
  • Identify and implement innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings.
  • Understand the queries and concerns raised by the potential customers and use a creative sales approach to pitch them our services.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients.
  • Increase the value to current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Create proposals, and write quotes for clients, and arrange business meetings.
  • Develop goals for the internal teams and ensure they are met.
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related sales/ marketing or business development experience.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and IT fluency (Emerging Technologies).
  • Must have hands-on experience with Blockchain projects.
  • Must possess proven experience in the execution of successful development strategies.
  • Should be focused and goal-oriented.
  • Flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Is willing to visit various clients as per the business requirement.
  • Is willing to work in different time zones.

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
