Job Summary

Customer Service Executive :

Job Description:

1. Use SAP operating system to place orders, retrieve customer information, and monitor the status of orders and to make necessary changes or cancellations.

2. Need to manage and share Report/MIS/Dashboard of Customer s Stock

3. Handle Internal /quarries/mails and provide them the best solutions.

4. Maintenance of SAP transactions to ensure data integrity and traceability of products.

5. Solves day-to-day problems by executing a full scale of customer service activities with some oversight (i.e. sales order processing / scheduling, customer complaints, Data Management ETC)

6. Other tasks as assigned by management

7. Handle the needs of sales representatives and customers in terms of providing the accurate data.

Preferred Skills:

1. Male candidate
2. Complete knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
3. Nearby to office
4. Comfortable with travel, and shifts if required
5. Should have interest to work in a 24 7 working environment.
6. Good Communication skills

7.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
